Café Hopper Bility provides open employment opportunities for people with disabilities, enabling meaningful and equitable employment in the lives of people with disabilities. We believe in creating a sense of purpose in their everyday lives through inclusion and equality.

Café Hopper Bility wants to change the landscape and change the social stigma of employment pathways for people with disabilities and the financial government support associated with employment. Our slogan depicted as “Coffee with a Purpose”, to enable and promote equal and open employment for people with disabilities as baristas, café staff or serving and welcoming customers, and café baking such as biscuits and cakes.

Our vision is to provide open employment opportunities for people living with a disability in meaningful and equitable employment providing the same rights to career pathways and goals that meet the employee’s goals.
